From its beginnings in 1996, a+i has grown to a 25+ employee firm specializing in full-service architecture for businesses and residences in both the U.S. and Europe. The two principles, Bradley Zizmor and Dagnall Folger, are alumni of Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture. They bring their individual talents in the realms of construction management, lighting design, and computer visualization - all tenants of the firms individualized approach - to the design and building process of each project.
