Who We Are

Billinkoff Architecture PLLC has designed private homes as well as apartments, and commercial and medical offices in lofts, brownstones, office buildings and pre-war residential buildings throughout New York.

We take pride in a high standard of design excellence and the personal attention reflected in our projects. We work closely and collaboratively with clients, paying careful attention to their aesthetic, budgetary and scheduling concerns.

Our work benefits from a clear organizational layout and the use of color, natural light, and warm, evocative materials. We are particularly sensitive to the needs of family life. Our residential designs support clients' unique lifestyle requirements.

Prospective clients are encouraged to speak with past clients and visit earlier projects to develop a common frame of reference for an ongoing dialogue about their project.

Our Approach

Our firm understands the constraints of cost and time; we work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, brokers, and building managers to ensure that projects are completed successfully within a determined budget and schedule.
