Charles Rose Architects

In our design work the architecture and site are conceived of as a unified whole. Our architecture embodies our interest in the relationship to the exterior, and a commitment to open space, public space and natural light. Our work is based on a close study of each site and is highly responsive formally and materially to the surroundings. Charles Rose Architects has broad experience in working in widely varying settings and responding to the particular opportunities and challenges they represent: physical, ecological, cultural, and historical. Rather than provide a formulaic approach, we strive to create an environment which is both innovative and carefully considered.
