Important Projects

Charlton House – 2006- Currently in construction, this four-story event space and restaurant for a prominent restaurateur is set to become a destination in west soho.  As an adaptive reuse of two adjacent warehouses, the contrast between a turn-of-the-century industrial shell and minimal glass and steel detailing drive the design direction.  Spaces vary from large banquet halls and roof terrace to intimate tasting rooms, while an outdoor entrance atrium connects the spaces vertically.

Three Sixty Condominium – 2004-present – Situated in Greenwich Village, this condominium project for the artist Julian Schnabel entails adding nine stories to an existing three-story commercial building. The program for the final building is five luxury condominiums with swimming pool, a community facility and two floors for artist studio.

Gramercy Park Hotel – 2004-2006, For the Gramercy Park Hotel, an Ian Schrager Company project, Hut Sachs Studio was the design architect working with the artist Julian Schnabel, who was commissioned to outfit the public spaces and guest rooms.
