Jeffrey G. Parsons, AIA


Jeff is responsible for project management, construction administration, budgeting and scheduling. Prior to co-founding P+FC, he was a principal in the New York City offices of HOK and Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut where he managed the design of corporate offices, hotels, multi-family housing, educational and institutional facilities for established clients including Sterling Drug, Pratt Hotel Corporation, Milstein Properties and Rutgers University. Jeff began his architectural career as a designer at the Gruzen Partnership.

Manuel Fernandez-Casteleiro


Manuel is in charge of concept and design development. Before co-founding P+FC, he was a senior design associate at Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut where he designed master plans, high-rise commercial and residential buildings and institutional facilities for major clients including Olympia & York, Forest City Properties, Port Authority of NY & NJ and Disney Development Corporation. Manuel has served as visiting critic at Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, Renseleer Polytechnic, City College and Parsons School of Design. Manuel began his career as a designer at Welton Beckett & Assocs.
