ABS Partners Real Estate LLC and First Pioneer Properties hired STUDIOS to design a new mixed-use office and retail building located at the intersection of Lafayette and Canal Street - a high traffic intersection within the Chinatown district of New York City. This six-story structure will feature a dynamic digital media façade offering the ability for the tenant to display a wide spectrum of graphics, text and video both during the day and evening.  The media facade does not block views for tenants inside due to it’s composition being made of horizontal LED ribbons, similar to the effect of looking through horizontal shades on a window.

The first and second floors will include retail space while the remaining four upper floors are designated for boutique officing.
