Zakrzewski + Hyde Architects

Zakrzewski + Hyde Architects is an award winning partnership that draws upon the varied experiences of each of it’s principals, Stas Zakrzewski and Marianne Hyde.  Together with their clients, ZHA hopes to remove the perception that quality architecture is a luxury good but instead is a social good and an investment that will pay off for future generations.  This philosophy is applied to all of their work regardless of scale or budget and has successfully been applied to ZHA’s work in architecture, interior design, furniture and urban studies.

This past year ZHA has completed a high profile residential condominium at 304 Spring Street and has received both an Honorable Mention in the 2006 AIA NY Awards Program and was one of the firms that won the AIA’s “New Practices New York: Six Young Firms Set Themselves Apart”.  ZHA’s work has also been recently featured in the New York Times, Interior Design Magazine, Elle Décor, Plan Magazine, and the Architect’s Newspaper.
