Formerly the Schlitz Brewery in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, Fogarty Finger was commissioned to design and oversee the full renovation of this 150,000 SF building. The re-designed facade features new larger fenestrations for the offices on the four upper floors, while a blackened-steel entry canopy leads to retail space on the ground floor. The lobby interior features a back-lit installation of eight and a half thousand beer bottles similar to those that would have been produced by the building’s previous tenant.
