The redesign of the lower floor of this historic 19th Century building on the Upper West Side combines modern design and new materials with restored historic architectural elements that have been long obscured. Highlighting a decorative tin ceiling and the beautiful cast iron exterior, the project required approval from the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission as part of the Central Park West Historic District.
