NICK MARTIN, AIA, Principal has formed a versatile office that creatively responds to the aesthetic and technical demands required to conceive and realize large, small, residential, commercial, and pro bono projects.

Nick maintains an Architectural AIA, Contracting and real estate licenses.

He fulfills a commitment to the environment through green practices started the local community and beyond, in the arts, and cultural institutions through involvement in environmental and cultural committees: creating and running a pro bono artist and sound studio, co-Chair of a Architectural Historic Review Board, on the executive board of the Breakwater Yacht Club, and on the Long House reserve Contemporaries board.

Nick was introduced to the discipline of architecture at Harvard's undergraduate Architecture Discovery program, and honored with first design excellence. He then attended Pratt Institute, was awarded several traveling fellowships throughout europe, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

He continued his professional experiences with Gwathmey Siegel, Gabellini Sheppard and Associates, and Wood and Zapata. Awarded projects with others include private residences for clients such as Michael Dell and Barbara Streisand, MTV Corporate Headquarters, Steuben Glass gallery/museum, various gallery spaces, and the New York flagship store for Nicole Farhi. Nick established Martin Architects In the Hamptons, focusing on high-end residential projects, retail, and gallery spaces internationally. Subsequently, 4MA Builders was established as a sister company to ensure high quality synchronicity on selected construction of projects.
